Our Groups


These are the current groups that our program offers. Each group is age specific so we can teach and develop the appropriate skills. As students move up into older groups they become more experienced and ready for bigger adventures!


Girls TAASC

Aspens:

  • The Aspens program is a high school girls group, ages 14 – 18
  • A weekly skills meeting each week of the quarter
  • 1 full weekend adventure trip; plus 1 adventure day-trip per quarter
  • Meet on Thursdays (5.30 – 7.00 pm @ Evergreen)

Redwoods:

  • The Redwoods program is a middle school girls group, ages 11 – 14
  • A weekly skills meeting each week of the quarter
  • 1 full weekend adventure trip; plus 1 adventure day-trip per quarter
  • Meet on Wednesdays (4.00 – 5.30 pm @ Evergreen)

Oaks:

  • The Oaks group is for girls aged 8 – 10 
  • A weekly skills meeting each week of the quarter
  • 2 weekend adventure day-trips per quarter 
  • Meet on Thursdays (4.00 – 5.30 pm @ Evergreen)

Saplings:

  • The Saplings are our youngest group for girls 6 – 7 years old.
  • A weekly meeting each week of the quarter
  • 2 weekend adventure day-trips per quarter
  • The Saplings meet on Tuesdays (4.00 – 5.30 pm @ Evergreen)

Boys TAASC

Coyotes:

  • The Coyotes program is a Middle School Boys group, ages 11 – 14.
  • A weekly meeting each week of the quarter
  • The Coyotes will join the Dogwoods teen group for their weekend adventure trips.
  • 1 full weekend adventure trip; plus 1 adventure day-trip per quarter
  • The Coyotes meet on Tuesdays (4.00 – 5.30 pm @ Evergreen)

Wolves:

  • The Wolves group is for boys aged 8 – 11 
  • A weekly skills meeting each week of the quarter
  • The Wolves combine their adventure trips with the other Boys group, the Foxes.
  • 1 full weekend adventure trip; plus 1 adventure day-trip per quarter.
  • Wolves Meet on Thursdays (4.00 – 5.30 pm @ Evergreen)

Foxes:

  • The Foxes group is for boys aged 8 – 11 
  • A weekly skills meeting each week of the quarter
  • The Wolves combine their adventure trips with the other Boys group, the Wolves.
  • 1 full weekend adventure trip; plus 1 adventure day-trip per quarter.
  • Foxes Meet on Wednesdays (4.00 – 5.30 pm @ Evergreen)

Dogwoods:

  • The Dogwoods program is a high school boys group, ages 14 – 18
  • A weekly skills meeting each week of the quarter
  • The Dogwoods will combine with the Coyotes for their adventure trips.
  • 1 full weekend adventure trip; plus 1 adventure day-trip per quarter
  • Meet on Thursdays (6.00 – 7.30 pm @ Evergreen)
